Good news everybody! RepDev is now a registered Limited Liability
Company in the state of Michigan. We have decided to go forward and
create this LLC as a basic part of anyone offering high quality
software to credit unions. We want to remain as transparent and
community oriented as possible, so this change really doesn't effect
much. However, I think it will give us a more reputable name, and
establish ourselves as a quality supplier of CU software. The Repdev
IDE is always going to remain free and open source, so no worries
there!

Also, for any credit unions that want to make a donation to the
project, we can now offer invoices for your contribution. Remember, we
don't have any other income source besides these donations.
