Hey All,
RepDev 1.5.4 is now available, both on autoupdater and manual download from Repdev.org!
Lots of bug fixes primarily, but Bruce Chang has contributed some useful new features too! You can now select a yet undefined variable in your code, right click and have it be added the the define division for you!
Ryan and Sean have also been working on a style customizer, and have included a few different color styles so you can make your editing window look really nice. The styles are defined in self-documented xml files in the /style folder in the RepDev directory. Select the style you want from the list in the Options box in RepDev.
Smaller Changes:
Even more function/keyword documentation for the auto suggester by Ken Kondo, Wiiliam Hampe, Yoni Kristt and others.
Undo/Redo problems are much better now, though you can only redo the last "undo". This models off of how MS Word handles undos/redos, so I think it will be much nicer.
Code block matching is more accurate
Many other smaller fixes from bug reports and such
Snippets in the code suggester work better (Just press CTRL+SPACE twice, no matter what (even if nothing comes up for variable/function suggestions), this will open the snippet menu. (Thanks to Bruce Chang :))
We are very interested in any bug reports about stability issues with RepDev. Because of the sensitive nature of the stuff RepDev is used for, it will halt immediately and stop interacting with the Server if it reaches an unexpected state.
This is more preferable to the chance of doing some wrong! We've fixed up many stability issues over the last few months, but please report anything that does go wrong (email us!). We look at all of these emails personally.
Also, a big thanks to the folks that donated to our project :)
